Produsul este un manual pentru organizații și educatori pentru adulți implicați în învățarea competențelor digitale pentru adulți. Este conceput ca un ghid ușor accesibil, completat de instrumente, strategii, abordări, bune practici și resurse pentru învățarea abilităților digitale pentru adulți. Este, de asemenea, un instrument utilizat pentru descoperirea posibilelor „lacune” în proiect și alte elemente neobservate susceptibile de schimbare.
Aceste instructiuni au potențial de transferabilitate și pot fi utilizate de către cei implicați în învățarea competențelor digitale în diferite țări, sectoare educaționale și context, indiferent dacă este formală, nonformală sau informală. În afară de îndrumările în sine, modelul și formatul manualului pot fi folosite de alte organizații pentru a-și dezvolta propriile îndrumări într-o gamă largă de contexte de educație și formare.
